We will spend the first 75 minutes of class doing a guided paint session of whatever theme is set for the event. Then we will transition into a meditation/visualization where you will receive reiki healing energy work from Hannah. I will share the collective messaging coming through and if any significant one-on-one information comes up for healing it will be shared privately with each attendee. The purpose is to connect you back into your creativity and release any energy keeping you stagnant. <3 The class is approx 2 hours. You will not need to bring any craft materials, that will all be provided. Depending on location you will need to bring water, a mat or sleeping bag to lay in during the meditation and energy work. Bring anything that makes you feel comfortable and supported! Journals are also recommended.
